Road to Singapore

A decent and entertaining throwaway film from Crosby and Hope.

The original "Road..." movie with Bing, Bob and the babe! Got the chemistry, laughs and fools! The "Road..." does hit a little dead end preventing it from being among the absolute best comedies of the year, but that still doesn't stop Bing Crosby, Bob Hope & Dorothy Lamour from charming their way all the way through.

a lukewarm start to the road series, it's not exactly good, but i've really nothing to complain about. would have used some more singing on part of hope and crosby, but i suppose what i got instead was a suitable substitute.
