River Runs Red

A very good crime action drama about two men teaming up together and getting vigilante justice for the death of their sons

Diggs and Lopez both did fantastic jobs of playing grief stricken fathers, however that was not enough to hold this film together. It was a poorly written script. It just did not that deal with any real issues because it sacrificed realism to be a cool action film knock off with the final action sequence. There was a chance to drive home a really powerful message.It was a bad decision to create a third act where action trumped the want to give your characters a satisfying conclusion.
