I'd recommend only watching the Abbott and Costello bits as there are some gems, but the rest is lacklustre.

Since Abbott & Costello had pretty much taken Wheeler & Woolsey spot of cinema duos, it was only fitting that they did a film which originally made W&W stars back in 1929, a updated version of Rio Rita (1942). The problem with MGM was that they always had to put it a lot of unnecessary distractions. Great when Abbott & Costello get to do their act. Loved the car scenes! However, when the focus wasn't on them, the pace slowed down tremendously and they were severely missed.
