Terrible dubbing on John Wayne's singing voice. Can't believe they tried to make him a singing cowboy. The comedy relief characters were annoying. What a crappy little western.

Talk about over-dubbed singing! I take it they didn't have enough confidence in John Wayne's own singing as Singin' Sandy Saunders. The story is very average, but thankfully with enough characters to make it watchable with old Mack Sennett slapstickers Al St. John & Heinie Conklin doing what they did in the 1910's clowning around. And Gabby Hayes & Lefe McKee doing their trusted old man parts. Cecilia Parker, the girl in the picture didn't do it for me, but thankfully she wasn't involved much.

Cut out the singing and the tacked on love story and you might have decent picture... but it would only be 20 minutes long.
