The first filipino film I saw was One True Love (2008) which was a romance picture with Dingdong Dantes & Marian Rivera. The two leads later married, and here they're back doing box office success with Rewind (2023). An okay clichéd "what if I get a second chance" type relationship story. You know they need their melodrama over there, and at least they didn't go full happy ending. Main savior in this movie was casting Pepe Herrera as Jesus. If he was Jesus I might consider turning religious.
