When we get to current days, and Jackson talks about his efforts to increase minority representation in the management of baseball teams, I think the documentary sags a bit. That's not because the topic isn't interesting or important, but because it only talks about these issues in the abstract. I was interested in hearing what Jackson thought could be done to achieve some of these goals.
