A truly, honestly good Pepe cartoon? Be still my heart. Lush scenery, excellent VO by June Foray, an actual story, and a minimum of real creepiness. Levitow proves himself a capable director in a style that feels like a slight exaggeration of Jones's (having his same animators probably helped.
