Radioland Murders

It's goofy, it's groan-worthy at times, but it surprisingly ain't bad. A fun whodunit set in a comical send-up of the golden age of radio programs. It keeps its pace well, has interesting enough story beats, and heck by the end I was even enjoying myself.

Some great performances from Scott Michael Campbell, and Christopher Lloyd. The humor ranged from hilarious to horrible and the plot was a mess. It was very chaotic and repetitive. Its repetitiveness made certain scenes towards the end of the film drag. Though once a portion of the cast was killed it became more focused. Unfortunately that's also when it became more repetitive. Should have spent less time on slapstick gags and more time strengthening the murder mystery aspect of the film.

A few funny gags, but it runs itself out in the end due to its silliness. That's probably the point. The murder / mystery aspect was too underdone in my opinion.

Who is this for

Started out funny, but it ran damn near every joke into the ground. The only part that was consistently funny was Christopher Lloyd's cameo.

Notable for being one of the last film appearances of George Burns, but otherwise just an 'okay' murder mystery/comedy.
