Quezon's Game

A rarely told Schindler's List-type story all the way from the Philippines, as a result of a international reluctance to save the Jews from the Nazi's evil. A story worth telling, and they do a good job with the stripped down classic look of the era they're going for. Handled mostly by people outside the traditional filipino movie industry, the sensitivities are centered more maturely and I was surprised at how good the end result was.
