Kerttu is a librarian with back problems. She is assigned with some gym sessions to strenghten her back muscles. At the gym they discover she has very rare traits suitable for body building and with the help of her has been coach (former star body builder) she embarks on an adventure where she challenges herself both mentally and physically, both in the gym and in life.
