A nuisance, indeed. Does display some quality dimwittedness, but Public Nuisance No. 1 (1936) is also a bit too annoying to truly appreciate to the fullest. Though it is a somewhat rare chance to see comedians Arthur Riscoe & Claude Dampier showcase their skills.
