A fairly pathetic prison drama at a low point in Henry Wilcoxon's career. Once Cecil B. DeMille's poster example of a leading man in big epic productions like Cleopatra (1934) and The Crusades (1935), now making cheap, stupid and meaningless movies like this for Republic Pictures. This does have the pretty Marian Marsh in it though....
