Now you're playing with portals. As I get older, I find myself sympathizing more with the "grump" character because they always feel more human (literally, in this case). Jerry is the bad guy, not Tom, Squidward doesn't deserve Spongebob's treatment, and this rabbit needs to, uh, grow up. I hate "silly animal" humor, but the magician himself is great and his expressions remind me of Ratatouille, the best Pixar movie. Presto is a fun diversion that I've no specific desire to see more than once.

I loved it! I agree that it is similar to Looney Tunes cartoons, but who cares? Pixar puts its well known charm and wit into this and conjures up a Pixar animated wonder.

Well-animated, joyful and, above all, funny. This little short will make your day. If this isn't worth five minutes of your time, I don't know what will.

A perfect homage to the days when cartoon violence wasn't looked down upon by the populace at large. Awesome characterization, pacing and sight gags.

Every time when I see a short before the main Pixar movie (her it was Wall E), I hope that shorts will get a big revival, especially animation shorts. What a great time it must have been, when people going to the movies saw Donald Duck, Daffy Duck, Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Popeye and who else on the screen before the main movie. Alec the bunny is just great!

It's amazing when you remember why something (like slapstick) was ever supposed to be funny. This just in: Slapstick is supposed to be funny. According to Presto, it is.

Kind of amusing until you realize that, like so many children's stories, this is a stealth hostility rap against parents, as most children are terrified of their parental units and know damn well they couldn't survive without them. Also I tired of this kind of super-duper-fast-paced Looney Tunes stuff long ago
