Unlike the previous installment, it has something vaguely resembling a plot, and the lead is more appealing than the annoying kid in 2, although the decision to give her a Scottish accent was a mistake, a kind of forced eccentricity. The connection between dinos and 50's rock music persists and remains unclear. What do they have in common other than being old as f%#k to an 8 year old in 1995? Perhaps that's it. Either way, it is the best of the series despite having the worst effects.
