Young & in love, Achutha Menon (Aryan) & Gracy (Niveda Thomas), a Hindu & a Christian, get married against all odds but only to split shortly afterwards. 40 years later, they meet each other again, & realize that they still had feelings for each other. However, Gracy was now a mother & a wife to Mathews (Mohanlal), a paraplegic.
