Pour le Mérite

If you look past that happy Nazi ending, this is a quality story involving the "good guys" of the Luftwaffe. Naturally serves as propaganda when the Third Reich was at the height of it's bubble, but the story takes mostly place during World War I and takes us through a alternative perspective of what went down. Got it's share of aerial combat, but it's more the political play that's intriguing about Pour le Mérite (1938) and how it serves Hitler's agenda at the time of it's release.
