Portrait d'un assassin

This had such a promising start and premise, but it kind of gets lost i a lot of nothing. And was hyped to see Maria Montez in a European film, and alongside Erich von Stroheim, of all people! But they fill it with more talk and melodrama than suspense, so it falls flat.
