I love Maggie in the series but this was, with the exception of one scene with Homer, plain boring.

Rather pointless from beginning to end, the short showcases Maggie Simpson meet another baby in the park she's smitten with, she wants to see him again, she doesn't get to because Homer takes her to the wrong park instead. ... Until they naturally find each other again. No real moments for humor or pulling at heartstrings. Very bland.
