Basic struggling romance starring Loretta Young and her beau Norman Foster. The problem is that he's a gambler and can't stop lying about it. Nothing much more to it except we get a rare chance to see Winnie Lightner (strangely getting top billing) as the comic relief. That fills the hour easily enough with decent enough performances for a WB programmer. What stuck out the most was this slightly ironic line: "Oh, no technique. Why, they do better then that in the movies. Come on Gable, get hot!"
