Hey look! Someone just took the Pinocchio IP and made a pointless generic animated adventure out of it! Only in Russia will this dreadful attempt replace the classic Disney adaptation.

This movie is pretty bad but also really entertaining for various reasons? Specifically in the American English dub, Pauly Shore does a great job saying all his lines oddly and being funny that way. Some of the others do an awful job, and the horse's characterization is wildly inconsistent. If I gave it a legit quality score, probably like a 40 at best. But for entertainment value, 85 for me.
