The movie isn't much but got to see Jack Haley in another role besides Tin Man, and it features a great 4 minutes from Laurel and Hardy.

This was just OK, but I always enjoy 30's movies for the costumes if nothing else. Interesting to see the old airplane and the cameo by Laurel and Hardy.

Uneven musical comedy. The actual plot was weak. Jack Haley, Mischa Auer and Patsy Kelly are okay with the little they're given to work with and manages to keep it watchable through the poor script. Rosina Lawrence as the leading lady was forgettable. But the cameos helped boost this when needed. A bubbly number from Lyda Roberti and most of all Laurel & Hardy for about 5 minutes doing what they do best. Being dumb! With two funny scenes. One with a bottle. The other with a harmonica.
