Doesn't really have much to do with the other Peck's Bad Boy movies (1921 & 1934), but it's all about kids messing about. Here at the circus. Got plenty of familiar faces like Edgar Kennedy, Spanky of the Our Gang series, Billy Gilbert, Louise Beavers and Grant Mitchell while the bad boy Peck is played by Tommy Kelly. This has a very loose story and below average production values, which makes it a less then great viewing. Got a few laughs, but most of the comedy falls flat.
