Pax æterna

A war film from Danish director Holger-Madsen with a heavy heart on peace and the anti-war moral. It's not a war movie about battle scenes. Instead it focuses on the political and human battle of diplomatically getting peace and an end to the war. This is a well staged peaceful war film, but there is no real excitement or anything that draws you into the film except the message... which they kept banging on about to excessive levels.
