Gustaf Molander in the directors seat. And it's quite a detailed and elegant production using a lot of visual details to tell this delicate lovers tale. The main drawback is that it's 2 hours and 18 minutes long and there really isn't that much plot going on to keep the interest at an high through the entire length. Also the characters wasn't instantly interesting either with the exception of the devious Ruth Weyher as the cheating and playful wife. But this still a fascinating silent movie.
