A total Polish popcorn movie about a strict madame minister who wants to ban drinking of alcohol and anything fun. Unknown to the people she has a twin sister. A total opposite. A wild showgirl who knows how to have a good time. And with both in town the same time, the confusion is inevitable. A joyous movie filled with song, but with two sisters (same actress) that's each is too annoying in their own way to really get behind them.
