In the private Seiun Academy located in the Kanto region, lawlessness had taken hold, plunging the school into a dire situation orchestrated by a student named Goji Shinryu. Unable to tolerate this state of affairs any longer, the principal, in desperation invites a prisoner from the Kanto Juvenile Detention Center as a scholarship student with the demand to defeat Shinryu.
