Oshidori utagassen

A real cute Japanese musical. Liked the songs a surprising lot. Story not so bad either, but lacked that special climax to seal this as a true classic. Nonetheless, a pleasant oriental jolly-jingle.

This was a really great fun "put a smile on your face" musical. The songs were catchy, the actors and characters, even the villains, were lovable. This was just a really good time. Also bonus points for a young Takashi Shimura.
