Two police detectives Numata and Tosaka infiltrate a group of underground black market human organ dealers. Things go haywire during a raid on the group's surgical headquarters. Every bit as visually striking as it is disturbing. The story line is unique, vivid and paints a picture of a demented mind. Watch it and get lost in the madness. Great film.

Top badass moment? This film features a guy searching for his missing brother and having to deal with an organised crime syndicate along the way, so I imagine there's a badass moment somewhere in it. It's just that I didn't manage to spot it. No cats, decapitations or chainsaws. But there are quite a number of missing organs and limbs.
