A philosophical documentary that investigates the power of words: poetically, politically, religiously, through the lie, etc. There is line of prominent politicians and authors (mainly) as Salman Rushdie, Vaclav Havel and Paul Auster that all add experiences and thoughts to the investigation of this very human phenomenon. The film has come to possess a somewhat prophecy-like quality as it in 1994 captured the essence of one of modern days global politics' biggest issues: fundamentalism. (Summary by AndreasThau)

It's heavy because of the philosophical seriousity, but I think it has a great deal of aesthetic value as well. You could seriously think about some of the things the authors say for hours. Like what Villy Sørensen says about what faith is, which is not within my capability to quote. If you're interested in one of the main authors/politicians or just philosophy in general, this will interest you for sure. But for the everyday doc-viewer, it's hard to keep focused for all 47 minutes.
