Wile E. Coyote's pompous characterization and speaking voice are woefully underused.

This seems like it should work: it's book smarts versus street smarts. But a pontificating Coyote actually is a much more limited, less appealing character than silent Coyote. It's a shame to see him become just another dumbass for Bugs to vanquish.
