Operation Mekong

The story isn't anything special and it's pretty messily told. Exposition is doled out at bizarre times like waiting an hour into the movie to reveal that the main character has a daughter and all of the randomly placed flashbacks to things that do not matter. But, the action is pretty good once it finally kicks and when it isn't hampered by bad VFX

This was a pretty damn well made Action/Crime film. I liked the story and the patriotism fit within the context of the film. The acting was well done and the action scene were in tense and very entertaining.

Hk cop flick meets mission impossible with a call of duty finale and a dash of HOORAH CHINA blockbuster patriotism(its so fun when someone besides the u.s.a. does it so blatantly!). Anyway its fun as hell and that COD finale does create a harsh tonal shift but Dante lam can do damn fine action so genre folks are gonna be satisfied
