Oklahoma Outlaws

The city of Tulsa is founded after the 1893 Oklahoma land rush. Judge John Kincaid becomes mayor, and his son, Ned, is sheriff. Saloon owner Whip McCord, who has a criminal past, plots against them to gain control of the city. (imdb)
