Austria silent film from 1925 directed by Hans Otto about the Austria-Hungary counter-intelligence officer who was also a spy for Russia. Some of this was good, but too much of the progress was hidden in text. Too much of it. Therefore the thrilling story loses a lot of it's appeal regardless if some of the drama displayed was able to help.
