I, too, envy the way Liam fills out a parka...

Feels rather honest for an "official documentary", but stopping after the first two albums seems kind of lazy. It does however end with a perfect line like "People will never ever forget the way that you made them feel".

Not the balanced or the musically enlightening look we should have by now, but either way an arresting, often stripped and intimate chronicle about the britpop giants -- their troubled souls, their wicked sibling relationship, a bit about how much they fucking hate their father, their hooliganish way of singing and making millions dance listening to them, their ability to create great songs while hating, firing, punching each other and doing drugs.

Good band, but besides their music they have nothing to offer. Forced story.

Good music doc, although it gets a bit carried away in its visuals from time to time. I went in feeling that Oasis' music hasn't aged well but the Gallaghers are funny in interviews, so it should have some laughs. That changed however. As Noel says, talking shit is easy but writing songs is hard and it's the music that will last. And that's the feeling I got. They were obnoxious lads, but some of their music really had something special.

Ever seen Exit through the gift shop? Remember the scene when Banksy watches the documentary edited by Mr. Brainwash for the first time? I felt exactly like that while watching this, and could only endure 20 mins. Enough with the epilepsy-inducing garbage effects. It's a freakin' documentary about a band, just follow a good narrative - you can't really go wrong.
