Mais um grande filme de Sganzerla sobre o Orson Welles no Brasil, apesar de considerar a parte em preto e branco superior à colorida, seu olhar experimental e autoral nunca fica velho. HDTVRip no MakingOff.

As Dr. Amnésio tries to destroy a Orson Welles doc about Brazil -- showing poverty, black people and samba --, Sganzerla makes the case for a deeply crazy and drunk film-manifesto about the soul of a country divided between geniuses and fools and, as the military liked so much to think, rich people that deserve wealth and poor people who deserve misery. Sganzerla reflects on the very state of Brazilian cinema -- just to finally call it dead and alive at the same time.
