Mostly clips from Secret of the Mummy, fleshed out with new footage of an agent sitting in an office reading old CIA files (so the CIA's known for 70 years?) and padded with a ton of WWII stock footage. The premise is made clear, even without subtitles, in the first few minutes and the rest of the near hour is dedicated to hammering that idea home. So it's a disappointing rehash which simply goes nowhere. Even for Cardoso fans I'd simply recommend watching Múmia again. You'd enjoy it more.
