Folk comedy freely built over the Danish inventor and air pioneer Jacob Christian Ellehammers career. Following Ellehammer, his faithful assistant Pehtersen and his patient wife in battle against creditors and ordinary ridicule, until Ellehammer, on September 12, 1906, as the first in Europe, is getting a flywheel on the wings on the island of Lindholm.
