Not a Ladies' Man

Easy little film to enjoy. Sadness hits Paul Kelly and his kid when the mother leaves them. The boy gets the idea from a drifter that the best cure is to find his dad a new gal. So it comes down to a few candidates before setting his dad up with his teacher Fay Wray. Sweet and simple story, and not much more than that. This was the last film Wray did in the 1940s, not returning until 1953. This was such a small role for her, no wonder she prioritized family life after this.
