No Way Up

The lead character's framing as a child of privilege was wildly unnecessary -- what did the voiceover at the end of the film add? Why introduce characters with a different perspective from the main cast only to have them shrug and exit the film forever after a couple of worthless scenes? Jeremias Amoore puts in an all-time bad performance that the poor editing team scrambles all over the place to save. Also subtracting 4 points for the highly unnecessary and improbable teddy bear murder.

This is a disaster film made by people who have only read about them.

PSI-71 my ASS😂I actually didn’t hate it. There’s a certain kind of b-movie thrill you don’t get in Hollywood films. There are glimmers of good directing in here, and I do like the premise, silly logic and all. It’s otherwise what you’d expect; dull characters, mostly atrocious acting, lame comedic levity (from a guy named KYLE), cheap thrills, less than 90 minutes long, and unfortunately not a lot of shark action. Go watch Crawl instead.
