Dr. Dinanadhan (Jayaram) had the perfect life - a beautiful wife, Priya (Mamta Mohandas), 2 loving daughters & a successful career. Then he meets John Paily (Manoj K. Jayan), a terminally ill patient, whose wife turns out to be Sofia (Mythili), his ex-girlfriend. Paily dies after a surgery, but he leaves behind a letter requesting Dinanadhan to urge Sofia to start a new life.
