Nineteenth April

Nationally acclaimed dancer Sarojini and her daughter Aditi confront the distance amassed between them. Sarojini is enveloped in her art while Aditi sees herself as irrelevant in her mother's world. Through flashbacks, the film explores Aditi's relationship to her father and Sarojini's alienation from her dead husband. (BIFF)
