Fun little RKO B-picture with Parkyakarkus (Harry Parke) getting top billing as a hopeless bodyguard for witness Joan Woodbury. But it's really Allan Lane that's Woodbury's hero in Night Spot (1938). And in 60 minutes you get murder, slapstick, song & dance, corny romance, chases, screwjobs and a lot more. Very much a low budget programmer that entertains.
