Night Game

I was not expecting a Roy Scheider film to swing and miss. That was a bit of a curveball. The main problem with the movie is the seventh inning stretch it takes. I'm out of baseball puns. The killer is a hooker, not a prostitute, but, well, look at the poster. Now THAT'S a pun.

Half slasher film, half detective movie, definitely full blown 80s yet has some moments. I can't recall too many sports slasher movies, especially ones with baseball, so points go to this for that alone.
