Before there was Shirley Temple or Jane Withers, the brat on the screen was Mitzi Green. Here teaming with Edna May Oliver as her mom, who'd she was known to do great impersonations of. Sadly none of that here, but Edna does her best snobbish persona. But looking past the up-tight parents, this was about the kids. Green as the tomboy, Jackie Searl as the annoying one and Bruce Line, the king. They end up on fun little adventure. Perhaps not the most refined comedy, but it had plenty of charm.
