It's funny and it's good if you like these old style Romanian comedies quite obviously inspired in tone and pacing by similar French comedies from the same era that were quite popular in this country. The homour, though, is unmistakably Romanian. How much of this movie you'd actually get if you're not Romanian, I have no idea.
