While the art professors flirt with the naughty French student probable ignite some sexual fantasies for some, this British production is also so dry that the sexual tensions struggles to shine through. Mai Zetterling as the vindictive flirt is still fun to watch in all its childishness, but overall this is a film that could have been a lot livelier.
