Nashville Girl

Follows the trials and tribulations of a 16-year-old girl, Jamie, who, after a traumatic experience, decides to move to Nashville and pursue her dream of becoming a country western music star. After an exploitation-heavy beginning Nashville Girl actually turns into a heart felt story with intentful performances - one that doesn't trivialize the repeated abuse of it's heroine, even if the skill in creating drama can't always match the heavy and dark themes.
