a great knowing selfparody. fonda and hill make for a legendary duo. hill's impish performance damn near carries most of the film, but wouldn't survive without fonda to bounce it off of. good direction which replaces lingering squinty-eyed face offs with lingering awkward comedic pieces somehow, in a brilliant way made funnier for the fact they're dragged out. everyone seems in on the joke, even morricone delivers an absurd over-the-top score to go along. so much fun

I lost interest at times until the next gag showed up. It did get dragged out a bit. It's probably more enjoyable for "real" fans of spaghetti westerns. Fav scenes: barroom slapping; dummy slapping.

A cute comedy western.

A strange spaghetti western, seems to be a tale representing the sub-genre degenerating into spoofs. I like Fonda a lot; he did a great job. Hill was often too much for me. I liked some scenes, such as the barroom scene, but others seemed way too cartoonish. I half-expected him to run off a cliff and remain suspended in mid-air. Liked Morricone's music except for the Wild Bunch theme (too jarringly weird). The ending was cool. Overall, enjoyable for spaghetti western fans.

Leone with a twist. "Nobody" works on many levels: it's hilarious and sometimes downright silly; it's an epic Western; and it's a spoof of the "Trinity"-kind of Spaghetti Westerns. The result is incredibly entertaining, despite some weaker scenes (e.g. the funhouse). Highly recommended.

Leone didn't direct this movie so I don't know why people are upset at not "getting" it. It's a very silly film with some ridiculous music. It's also very dragged out but does have a few good scenes, just nothing worth watching.

This movie doesn't do anything for me, and I'm a big-time Leone buff...what is this? It's supposed to be self-deprecating, but comes off just plain dumb and boring. Redeeming qualities? Some nice landscape shots and Fonda doesn't totally suck.

Fun Western mostly thanks to the two leads and writing that, despite some stumbles, is funny when it wants to be.

Sergio Leone tried hard to keep the balance between western and comedy, thus leaving behind a unique entry in both his and Terence Hill's legacy. Though, Hill brings a lot of charme to the role of the eponym nobody whilst Leone provides trademark scenes, in the end "My Name is Nobody" misses something. Evidently, decisiveness and distinction. Most definitively, it doesn't lack a timeless, outstanding score by Ennio Morricone.

Il mio nome è Nessuno (1973) Bizim pazar rutinimizdi bu filmler. Terence Hill ve Henry Fonda muhteşemler. Asla izlemekten bıkmayacağım bir klasik. Ennio Morricone'nin müzikleri tarifsiz. 8/10 #BenimleYaşıtFilmler

It's way too long past its welcome, but overall it's a pretty solid Terence Hill western. Kind of silly, a lot of zooming at people's eyes and might I say, interesting soundtrack by Ennio Morricone. I felt that the effect of the bad guys wasn't there since they spent most of their time just riding in a posse. I liked the ending, too, at least for the most part. It could have done without some of the last parts. Despite moving way too slow, it's a silly romp that has some epic parts, as well.

An ageing gunfighter wants to retire in peace but is coaxed into taking down a gang of bandits. Fonda's good in a comfortable role, but Hill's goofy comedy style is seldom amusing and doesn't really work with the rest of the film. Otherwise, it's a watchable but unremarkable Spaghetti Western with a decent story and a couple of fun shootout scenes.

The opening barber scene is outstanding. The build up of the story and the characters follows and I started to anticipate something great, but as soon as we enter "The street of pleasure" the movie starts stumbling. Many scenes feels silly and dragged out, Valerii's taste for physical comedy makes you feel it might be the spoof or parody of the genre many claim it to be. Sort of a last farewell to a genre that had taken the wrong direction and they left it having the last laugh.

Tem algumas coisas legais. É cheio de referência a muitos faroestes legais, mas é um filme totalmente caricato. E não achei os personagens interessantes.

I like the first half of it. Afterwards it gets too flashy and self-satisfied like most Terence Hill fare. Generally enjoyable.

Again with the hats. Leone & Valerii are like the 'I didn't do it' kid, after what was achieved in the Dollars trilogy. Aside from that, we get some nothing characters crumble under the weight of a film two hours in length.
