Nothing overly spectacular and it is something that has been done over and over again. It is kind of bland and the characters are kind of painful to watch. But this isn't that bad of a movie. It takes its time to develop the story and the circumstances around it. Acting wasn't all that bad at times either. But it doesn't bring anything new, so it was kind of a waste.

A pretty nifty little horror film, inherently dated by its webcast/reality TV concept but no less enjoyable for that fact. A little predictable, but it maintains a truly creepy vibe throughout, and doesn't fall back on jump scares like so many similar movies of the era. Plus: a young Bradley Cooper! Disturbing poster art! And what probably remains the most innovative DVD set of all time, offering a web 2.0-esque "interactive mode" opening the doors to a veritable bounty of supplemental nuggets.

The script was disastrous, the characters that should've been explored more weren't at all and the last 10 or so minutes were truly bad. But i gotta say that the film as a whole wasn't as bad as i was expecting, and it has some redeeming qualities. It's always interesting to see early 2000's movies that have internet related plots (in a funny way).

A great thiriller that makes you question and guess all the way to the end. The idea is very 21st centuryish.

Fairly interesting and decently acting but not enough to get it over the hump of feeling overly familiar.

This could have been really good. What a shame that it wasn't. It is full of the old horror cliches that there is no feeling of shock or horror at any point. The characters are selfish and you don't care if they die or not. What could have been a clever look at modren society the invasion of privacy, dangers of the internet and what people would do to become famous became a mundane slasher flick with alot of missing potienal

The film sets the tone by a large shot of an extravagant house and then zooms in to what seems to be a dilapidated building. Similarly, the tone sets out somewhat polished and begins to grow darker. I was expecting a less dark and serious tone, and think it would play better that way. It's an interesting concept that would have been even more interesting during it's time.

Enjoyable because it does away with, and seems to recognize, most horror films' conceit in attempting to dictate who is and is not expendable (:virtuous and not) and pull through with the heroes under the assumption that anyone gives a shit. Pleasant surprise!

The sound "effects" get you through the film. Unique.

Big Brother meets Hostel... I don't like how this was marketed as a horror movie. If anything, it's a suspense/thriller. Not a terrible watch but nothing you should race to see.
