Manikantan (Kalabhavan Mani) takes up a job as a zookeeper to fulfill his uncle Kesavan's (Captain Raju) demand that he needs to procure a govt. job to be able to marry his daughter Anju. However, when a bear escapes from the zoo, Manikantan, with the help of makeup artist Sundaran Arpukara (Salu Kuttanadu) & coworker Suvasu (Jagathi), has to disguise himself as a bear & take the escaped bear's place. However, capturing the real bear proves knotty, extending Manikantan's stay in the zoo. (Summary by iceblox)
